Why Adaptation Advisory?
Since retiring as CEO of a startup that went global, our founder, Rohan Hamden, regularly found himself being asked to provide advice to other companies who are partway through a similar growth journey. Be they small firms just starting out through to companies deep in their growth journey.
He realised they faced many of the same problems he had overcome in his own journey. They did not need to go through the same trial and error his company did to overcome these challenges.
In his network there were many other former CEO, Founders and Directors who had similar levels of experience. While they are more than happy to contribute to the success of others, they wanted to do so in a way that properly recognised their time and talent. Adaptation Advisory was founded to connect these early and mid stage businesses with experts who had tried and tested solutions to their issues.
